New Monthly Online Talk: "Exercise & Cancer – What You Need to Know to Feel Better, Stay Strong"

Discover how movement can support your physical and emotional wellbeing during and after cancer treatment in this friendly, expert-led session.

Led by a specialist oncology physiotherapist, this welcoming 30-minute session will explore:


The latest research on exercise and cancer
How movement helps manage fatigue, joint pain, anxiety, and depression
Safe, practical ways to get started—whatever your fitness level
Free support available through The Fountain Centre, including one-to-one advice and group classes

No prior experience with exercise needed—just an open mind! There will be plenty of time for questions.

Open to all cancer patients, any stage, any tumour type.
