Counselling

Coming to terms with a cancer diagnosis can be challenging, it often brings new emotions and feelings as well as change.

Counselling is a talking therapy that allows you to discuss and explore your concerns and feelings in a confidential environment. A counsellor is trained to listen to what you are saying and help untangle your feelings and worries, you will also have the space to express your emotions without fear of upsetting anyone. All of our Counsellors have either completed a BACP/UKCP accredited course or are in supervised counselling training.
