As we begin Volunteers Week, we would like to give special mention to Penny, an extraordinary volunteer who has been at the heart of the Fountain Centre for two decades!
Penny began volunteering 35 years ago at the Royal Surrey, and for the past 20 years, she's been a ray of light and kindness at the Fountain Centre. From welcoming our patients with a warm smile to brewing the perfect cup of tea, Penny's immense energy and spirit have made a world of difference. Her chats and comforting presence provide much-needed support, making every patient feel cared for and supported.
We are incredibly fortunate to have Penny and all of our volunteers in our centre. Their dedication and selflessness inspire us all. Thank you Penny, and all of our volunteers, for everything you do.
