Yoga

Yoga is a gentle holistic exercise, accompanied by breathing and meditation techniques. It helps improve and maintain energy flow in the body encouraging fitness, flexibility and peace of mind.

Yoga is an ancient practice which has been used to promote healing of body, mind and spirit. It can be adapted for all levels of fitness, and so is a popular recuperation exercise for those recovering from illness or surgery.
